De &#8216;meer is beter&#8217; filosofie met betrekking tot de koudemiddelvulling wordt definitief verworpen. Alleen de essenti\u00eble koudemiddellading wordt gevuld en de warmte wordt overgedragen aan een secundaire vloeistof, of de lucht wordt gemaximaliseerd.<\/p>\n<p>De omvang van de Ammoniakvulling in elke faciliteit werd grotendeels onderzocht en besproken door regelgevende instanties, gemeenschappen en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Maar wat is nu precies een lage koudemiddelvulling? Twee belangrijke uitgangspunten worden besproken. Sommige zeggen dat de definitie gebaseerd moet zijn op de specifieke lading die per systeem wordt gebruikt en het geleverde koelvermogen. Anderen geven aan dat de totale hoeveelheid van het gebruikte koudemiddel voldoende is. Er is echter eerder een voorkeur voor de specifieke lading, dan voor de koelcapaciteit.<\/p>\n<p>Wellicht is er behoefte aan een definitie die uitgaat van een maximaal toelaatbare vulling, zodat de regelgevingsdruk kan worden vermeden. Een dergelijke definitie en verminderde regelgevingsdruk kunnen de Ammoniak technologie stimuleren en vooruithelpen.<\/p>\n<p>Voorbeelden van technologische vooruitgang die de vulling in het systeem kunnen verlagen, zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Geavanceerde hulpcomponenten geoptimaliseerd voor NH3.<\/li>\n<li>Gespecialiseerde bedieningselementen voor exacte vloeistofdosering.<\/li>\n<li>Warmteoverdrachtstechnologie met hogere co\u00ebffici\u00ebnten.<\/li>\n<li>Gespecialiseerde fabricagecomponenten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>E\u00e9n ding is zeker, de discussie is nog niet voorbij. Ondertussen beklimmen Ammoniaksystemen met een lage koudemiddelvulling de ladder in industri\u00eble toepassingen.
